From Egypt to markets worldwide
Khair Al Reef welcomes Egyptian product sourcing requests from importers, distributors, manufacturers and institutional buyers in every country. Each request starts with the product and destination, followed by review of supply feasibility, a suitable supplier and shipment requirements.
The agricultural catalog is a starting point; you can also request an Egyptian product from another sector. A country name or catalog listing does not establish shipment eligibility. Product, supplier, destination and timing are reviewed before a commercial offer.
Define the product, variety and form
Explore citrus such as oranges and lemons; fruit such as mangoes, pomegranates and grapes; date varieties; potatoes, sweet potatoes, vegetables and herbs; or frozen fruit and vegetables. State the commercial name and required variety. The product page and PDF reference can help you prepare the request.
Distinguish fresh, frozen, dry and semi-dry dates, and whole, sliced, diced or pulped products. Include size, grade, color, maturity or cut dimensions, and the intended use: retail, foodservice or processing. An image alone is not a commercial specification.
Review destination requirements
Specify the destination country, port or delivery point, the importing entity and any required approval, registration or test. Food, plant-health and other competent-authority requirements are reviewed for the product and its processing form. Fresh and frozen forms of the same crop may have different requirements.
Review the product description and customs classification with the appropriate specialist, recording official sources and review dates. Access2Markets can support research into EU trade conditions; consult the relevant official authority for other destinations. Egyptian origin alone does not establish duties, preferences or approvals.
Agree packing and handling
State pack type, net weight, units per carton, outer dimensions and pallet requirements. Identify label language, required information and branding. Available options are reviewed with the supplier, including retail or industrial-pack requirements.
Specify the shipment window, handling temperature and remaining shelf life required on arrival. Transport, cold-chain arrangements and delay handling are reviewed against the product specification and proposed route before a booking or delivery date is confirmed.
Link documents to the specific offer
Prepare the transaction’s document review list: commercial invoice, packing list, transport document and certificate of origin, plus any applicable health, phytosanitary or test documents. The final list and responsibility for each document depend on the product, destination and agreement.
Review the seller, supplier and exporting entity, with the scope and validity of required registrations and certificates. Egypt’s GOEIC provides information and services for the Exporters Register. Source links do not certify Khair Al Reef or a supplier; request evidence for the actual transaction.
Compare a complete written offer
Ask for quantity, pricing unit, currency, packaging, delivery term and named place, payment terms and offer validity. The agreement should identify the contracting party and responsibilities for inspection, documents, shipping and insurance, with any costs outside the quoted price.
Confirm availability, schedule, sample or shipment acceptance and handling of specification differences in writing. An initial request and PDF reference help start the discussion; they do not replace the confirmed commercial offer or agreed specification.
Prepare your import request in one message
Send your company and contact details, followed by product, variety, form and specification, quantity and unit, destination and delivery point, packing and labeling, intended date, and any documents, tests or special terms. Clearly mark estimates as indicative.
Prepare the request from a product page or the contact page, review it and complete sending through WhatsApp or email. Keep the reference for follow-up and include other Egyptian products you need, even when they are outside the catalog.
