Questions & answers

A little clarity, before we begin.

Practical answers for your next produce inquiry.

Is everything in the catalog currently available?

The catalog is a discovery collection. Availability, origin and suitability for export are confirmed for each inquiry; a listing is not a stock commitment.

How do I request a quotation?

Open a product page or the contact page and prepare an inquiry with your product, quantity, destination and preferred timing. Open the prepared message in WhatsApp or your email app, review it, and complete sending there.

Can I specify a particular variety?

Yes. Include the variety in your inquiry. Where a variety is listed separately, the product page will carry its name into your inquiry. Supply must still be confirmed.

What packaging can I request?

Describe your preferred pack format, net weight, labeling and pallet requirements. Available options and their suitability need to be agreed for the specific product.

What are your minimum quantities and lead times?

These are not standardized in this catalog. Ask for confirmation based on the product, quantity, destination and intended shipping period.

Can you provide certifications or export documents?

State the documents or standards required by your destination. Their availability and applicability must be verified for the proposed supply; this website does not claim any certification.

Are the photographs of actual shipments?

No. The product and agricultural images are AI-generated illustrations. Actual appearance varies by variety, grade and season. They do not document company farms, facilities or shipments.

Does the inquiry form submit my information?

No. It prepares a message locally in your browser. You can send it through WhatsApp or your email app, copy it, or download it. You must complete sending in the selected application. The website has no database or submission service.
