Check product name, variety or material, preparation, grade, dimensions or size and measurement unit. For food, review ingredients, requested additives and processing form.
Compare net and gross weight, units per pack, outer dimensions and label. Similar pictures do not establish identical specifications.
Review what the evidence covers
Link each certificate or test to issuer, site, product, scope, date and validity. A document may cover a facility, product or lot without covering another.
Make the offer comparable
Ask for currency, quantity, packing, delivery point, agreed delivery term, responsibility allocation, payment terms and price validity. Make alternatives and exclusions explicit.
