Start with product and destination
Specify the commercial product name, variety, composition or material. State whether alternatives are acceptable and share a reference through the agreed business channel when needed.
Identify the destination country, proposed delivery point and buyer type: importer, distributor, manufacturer or institutional procurement.
Define quantity and timing
Use a number and a clear unit such as tonnes, kilograms, pieces or cartons. Distinguish a trial request from recurring supply.
Give the intended shipping or delivery window. Mark uncertain quantities and dates as indicative rather than entering invented values.
What happens after the request?
Missing details and supply feasibility are reviewed. A request becomes an offer only after supplier, specifications, evidence, terms, responsibilities and offer validity are defined.
